Thank you art
for all the yrs of giving us a calendar; you can be sure if I will sell this
house you will be the one.
We have found
you to be an upright man to bad the world doesn't have more like you.
So thanks again
for thinking of us - we think you're great.
Please accept our sincere but belated thanks for
the way you handled our real-estate transaction we appreciated
that every phase of the deal was promptly filled
out. I have passed on this information to friends and relatives so
hopefully you will benefit by future sales. We
wish you a happy prosperous healthy new year.

Thanks...
To Art who helped make our
dreams come true,
The following is our little 'ode to you.
We prayed for the best,
God sent us to you,
We told you our dreams-
Now you've made them come true.
Your warm sparkling eyes
And your smile so rare,
Were the tools you employed
When handling our dreams with care.
You sure are not pushy-
Though we tend to be.
So you listened and listened
And then said "I see".
"Four bedrooms you want,
On a quiet shady street,
A pool sized yard, I agree,
that would be neat."
As we told you our dreams,
You didn't demure,
You understood what we wanted,
Of that we made sure.
A little time past,
We became quite impatient.
But, then there was Shadyside-
Soon to be vacant.
It has all that we wanted,
And more than we dreamed;
But that's how God works,
I've been told and it seems.
So thank you, dear Art,
For all that you've done,
And it comes from the hearts
Of Father and Mother, daughter and son.
